1. On-Device Architecture & Data Storage

EstimateNote generates on-site customer quotes and line-item PDF estimates entirely on-device using iOS PDFKit. No quote values or client contacts are transmitted to external servers.

All created content (Quote line items, quantities, pricing amounts, tax settings, and generated estimate PDFs.) is stored exclusively in your device's isolated application sandbox. We do not own, operate, or transmit your records to external remote databases, cloud servers, or third-party storage clusters.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To uphold our calm technology and privacy commitments, EstimateNote:

• Does not require user registration, account creation, phone numbers, or email sign-ups.
• Does not track your precise or coarse geographic GPS location.
• Does not embed third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral trackers, or data broker frameworks.
• Does not upload, inspect, or sell your documents, photos, or personal notes.

3. Payments & In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

If you choose to purchase an upgrade (such as an ad-removal pass, lifetime access, or Pro feature tier), all payment processing is handled directly and securely through Apple's App Store via the Apple StoreKit framework. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank accounts. All billing terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed directly by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

Because all data resides solely on your device, you retain total ownership and control over your records at all times:

• Individual Deletion: You can delete any individual item or log directly within the app's user interface.
• Complete Eradication: Deleting or uninstalling EstimateNote from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac immediately and permanently erases all associated sandbox databases and caches from your local storage.

5. Children's Privacy

EstimateNote does not address or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). Because no personal information is collected from any user, EstimateNote is safe for general audiences and complies fully with COPPA and global youth privacy frameworks.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect app updates, new platform capabilities, or legal requirements. Any revisions will be published immediately on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
