Why send an estimate on-site rather than later in the evening?
Contractors who deliver quotes while standing in front of the homeowner close deals at more than double the rate. When you wait until Sunday night to email a PDF, clients have already booked someone else.
Can I customize taxes and currency?
Yes. Set your local tax rate, valid-until expiration period, and preferred international currency code.
Does EstimateNote require an internet connection to generate PDFs?
No. PDF rendering is powered completely on-device using iOS PDFKit. You can generate and hand over a quote in a concrete basement or remote job site without signal.
Is my client contact list or pricing structure shared anywhere?
Never. EstimateNote operates local-first. We do not inspect your item costs or store customer addresses.
